Ducati has presented the model-year 2027 Scrambler Full Throttle Heritage in Milan. Its most visible change is a dark green and bronze colour scheme that the manufacturer links to 1970s racing motorcycles and cars. The palette extends to the wheels, while black exhaust heat shields and side covers sharpen the contrast. The result is a deliberate reference to racing history rather than a change in what the road-going motorcycle is built to do.
The Full Throttle has long borrowed its stance from American flat-track racing. A low, variable-section handlebar, short front mudguard and compact tail give the bike a tracker-like outline, although it remains a road model. The number 62 on the side plates points to 1962, the year the first Ducati Scrambler appeared. The Heritage edition therefore brings two strands into one silhouette: the form of flat-track machines and the history of the early Scrambler.
Under the new colours sits a contemporary motorcycle. Ducati lists a 73 hp air-cooled twin, ride-by-wire throttle, riding modes, a 4.3-inch TFT display and clutchless shifting. A 35 kW version is also planned for A2 licence holders. Ducati says the Full Throttle Heritage is due in dealerships in December 2026. Its arrival will show how the historic palette reads beyond the lights of the exhibition hall.
