A predictable riding rhythm helps: steady lane position, headlight on, enough spacing and early speed reduction when a driver near the exit appears uncertain.
If the motorcycle is too close to the car ahead, the driver from the side street may notice it too late. A little more space often gives both better visibility and more room for controlled braking.
