Announced in September 2026, the 2027 Kawasaki Ninja H2 receives a substantially revised 998 cc supercharged four-cylinder engine. The compressor impeller, intake and several internal engine components are new, and the gear ratios have changed.

Kawasaki promises stronger low- and mid-range response. The exhaust has also been redesigned, while Brembo Hypure front brake calipers appear on a Kawasaki for the first time.

The new instrument panel offers two layouts, including more detailed boost readouts. Traction and launch control are revised, and cruise control joins the equipment list. The road-going H2 remains distinct from the H2R, which is still a track-only motorcycle.
