Paola Ramos finished her first full WorldWCR season at Jerez, the circuit where a wildcard appearance had announced her arrival a year earlier. In 2025 she placed fourth in one race there and won the other. Returning for the 2026 finale as a full-season rider, she claimed pole position and won both races. The weekend showed how quickly a promising newcomer could become a front-runner in the championship.

The first victory came with an extra obstacle. Officials imposed two long-lap penalties for a jump start, but Ramos recovered the lost ground and won. In the second race she held off a close challenge from Beatriz Neila. Her qualifying lap of 1 minute 50.911 seconds set a new WorldWCR circuit record at Jerez, underlining the pace behind the two results.

Ramos ended the year third in the riders' standings despite scoring no points in four of the season's 12 races. Crashes and an injury had also interrupted her campaign. The Jerez double cannot erase those setbacks, but it gives a clear picture of her form at the finish. Her rookie year was shaped by more than a single fast lap: the recovery after difficult rounds became part of the result.
