On June 25, 2026, Sena introduced MeshON, an adapter connecting a compatible Bluetooth helmet headset to the Sena Mesh network. It supplements existing equipment rather than operating as a standalone intercom. Mesh Intercom 3.0 and 2.0 are supported.
Compatibility has specific conditions. Sena specifies HD Voice support for its own devices and Wideband HFP for other brands’ Bluetooth headsets. A Bluetooth label alone is therefore insufficient: check the exact model against the compatibility information and confirm its voice profiles before buying.
MeshON weighs 22.5 grams. The manufacturer states up to 800 metres of range in open terrain and up to 12 hours of Mesh conversation per charge. These are stated maximums, not a promise for every route. The practical benefit is joining group communication while retaining a compatible headset, with an additional adapter to keep charged.
