Ducati has revised the Panigale V4 for the 2027 model year with a focus on track handling. The Desmosedici Stradale engine now makes 218 hp in Euro 5+ specification, a gain of two horsepower. Changes to the intake, exhaust and lubrication systems are joined by a 15,000 rpm rev limit in second through fifth gears.

The front frame has 12% less lateral stiffness, intended to help the front tyre maintain grip at steep lean angles. A new Dynamic Engine Brake system adjusts engine braking according to rear-tyre load, while Race Brake Control makes greater use of the rear wheel during deceleration. Together, the changes target greater control on corner entry.

In its own testing at Vallelunga, Ducati recorded an average lap-time gain of 0.4 seconds over the previous model. That is a manufacturer comparison at one circuit, not a promise of the same improvement for every rider. The new Panigale V4 is due at European dealerships from March 2027.
